 Pagosa Meadows I, II, III, and IV: The Meadows consists of four separate units located south of Hwy 160. The varied units consist of 3 to 10 acre parcels with every topography imaginable, many with 360 degree panoramic views of the Continental Divide. Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District provided water throughout the units; however all homes are required to provide individual septic systems. Horses are encouraged and abundant wildlife is found in this diverse subdivision. Major portions of South Pagosa Blvd. and Meadows Drive were paved in 2004; however the majority of the roads are gravel.
