 With so many family activities and events, Pagosa Springs is a great place to raise kids. From a variety of pre-schools, to great public and private schools, it is amazing what a little teacher dedication and community involvement can bring to the children of Pagosa Springs. Our sports programs, both through the Park and Recreation Department and through our area schools, boast impressive records and local involvement. It is not uncommon for the town to empty out during a football or wrestling match and to have schedules change when one of our teams goes to State. From our library expansion program to our active youth organizations, the kids of Pagosa Springs have a variety of activities and events to keep them entertained, engaged, and encouraged.
