Martinez Mountain Estates I and II:
The subdivision, located four miles north of Hwy 160, consists of 3 to 10 acre parcels, many of which border the San Juan National Forest. A number of parcels border large open space areas or Martinez Canyon, and offer spectacular mountain views and privacy. These subdivisions have gained in value quicker than other areas and due to the scarcity of available parcels the cost per acre should continue to climb in 2005.
